Varieties
I've been experimenting with various types of making candy. Here's what
I've made so far:
- Blueberry white-chocolate truffles dipped in semi-sweet chocolate
- plain caramel dipped in semi-sweet chocolate
- Caramel (with pecans) dipped in semi-sweet chocolate (And standalone)
- chocolate fondant dipped in semi-sweet chocolate centered with:
- Divinity
- Krokata
- Marshmallow
- raspberry white chocolate truffles dipped in semi-sweet chocolate
- raspberry fondant dipped in semi-sweet chocolate centered with:
- dried cherries
- hazelnuts
- macadamia nuts
- walnuts
- "Snow Queen Truffles" dipped in semi-sweet chocolate
- vanilla fondant dipped in semi-sweet chocolate centered with:
